Are you an official Apple or Samsung repairer?
No. SmarterBox Limited is an independent repairer and isn't authorised by the brands whose devices we work on. Ask which parts will be used before you agree to a repair.
Prices and quotes
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the device, the fault and any parts. Ask for a price for your exact model before you send anything, and check whether parts and postage are included.
Will I get a price before any work starts?
Yes. We'll confirm the repair and the price with you before any work starts.
What if my device can't be repaired?

Sending your device
How do I send my device?
Get in touch first and tell us the device and the problem. We'll confirm the next step and explain how to pack and post it. Please don't post anything before you hear back.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the repair and whether parts need ordering. We'll give you an idea of timings when we agree the repair.
Can I try to fix it myself first?

Your data and safety
Will I lose my files or photos?
Many repairs leave your data untouched, but some involve a reset or a new part. Always back up first so you have a copy whatever happens.
