When you send us a device, it may contain your files, photos and accounts. We only access what we need to test and repair the device, and we don't copy or keep your files. Please back up your device and remove anything private you don't want us to see before you send it.

Enquiries that don't lead to a repair
Only as long as we need to answer you.
Repair and payment records
For as long as we need them for the repair, any warranty, and our legal and accounting obligations.
Technical and security logs
For a short time, unless we need them to look into a problem.

You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that's wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it

- ask us to move your information to another organisation, where this applies
