• Explain the repair and the price for your model first,

  In writing.

• Tell you how to pack and send your device

• Give you our full company name,

• Ask you to post a device before you've agreed a repair and price

• Ask for your bank PIN, online banking password or a code your bank sent you

• Ask you to pay by bank transfer to a personal account, gift cards or cryptocurrency
